Building on the successful exhibition stand from 2023, the architecture for ABG Real Estate Group was reimplemented for Expo Real 2025 and adapted to the new booth location. Together with APPEL NOWITZKI, the existing concept was carefully refined and precisely transferred to the new spatial situation, preserving the distinctive character of the original design.

The striking louvre structures remain the central design element. Warm wooden louvres create a compelling contrast with deep blue wall surfaces, establishing a clear rhythm that intensifies the brand atmosphere. The familiar colour and material composition was retained and thoughtfully adapted to the new spatial configuration, allowing the stand to maintain its calm, welcoming presence despite the changed surroundings.

ABG's prestigious projects are once again presented along an imposing, vertically emphasised back wall, where large-format imagery lends the space a sense of representative depth. The interactive model of the highlight project continues to serve as the communicative centrepiece, now more precisely integrated into the altered visitor flow and sightlines.

A lush planted wall with subtle lighting accents, together with the green zoning of the meeting area, recalls the inviting atmosphere of the previous year and translates it into the new spatial configuration. The guiding principle of "creating space for values" remains tangibly present throughout.

The design demonstrates how an existing concept can be carefully adapted to a new location without losing impact, instead unfolding with clarity in a fresh context. For a design-focused audience, the result is a familiar yet precisely evolved brand environment that communicates the values of ABG Real Estate Group in a clear, spatially immersive way.
